Seize the day (2007)
This is the first ever song for solo piano that I wrote in 2007 when I was 14. The original title was "Seize the day, carpe diem, if one more person tells me to seize the day, I'm gunna kick 'em in the teeth" after my elderly great aunt erupted venting this one day, in front of my friend Elly and I when we were wee schoolkids. We still quote her and fall apart laughing to this day. I had to shorten it to submit it for my high school music coursework, so much to my amusement, the phrase 'seize the day' continues to be annoying and overused through this song.
Piano played by the wonderful Jordan Toms @jordantomsofficial www.jordan-toms.de. Thank you so, so much Jordan for bringing my song to life. I asked Jordan to play/resurrect this for me to reignite my musical spark. I stopped practicing piano a long time ago, and I haven't written a song since high school, so, wanting to dip my toes back into composing, I hoped hearing this would re-inspire me.

Other songs
I'm back in the game, messing around writing, making lots of crap songs and having fun. When I make some less crap ones, I'll put some sheet music and videos up.
